The SBMEN Board of Trustees members are accomplished individuals from publishing and media. The Board consists of the five members and an executive director. The executive management manages the daily operations of the organisation. The BOT membership is retained for a tenure according to SBMEN by-laws. The functions of the BOT are to oversee the implementation of services to the highest standards; review and approve training resources and curriculum used for professional development, and ensure that the interests of the members are represented in the publishing industry.
