Please complete the following application form to apply for membership. Please upload supporting documentation to the online form, where required.

The membership fee has a term of twelve months (one year) from the time the membership application is approved and the fee is paid. Members should check the membership fees for each level to find out the fees associated with their application.

Our standards committee review the applications. They will review and approve the level that you have applied for. Additional documentation may be requested to support your application. Pending full approval, your membership will be accepted on provisional basis.
